One more bug

I saw this grasshopper today enjoying a zinnia. Maybe he was finding some nectar deep inside. I like that we can see his little wings in this picture. Since I am headed to work once again and don't have much to say, I decided one more bug blogpost is OK.

What a great pic of grasshopper. A couple of evenings ago I was weedeating at the barn and had the pleasure of watching a grasshopper making his way around the fig bush.
He was so delicate, yet quick and deft in his leaps from one spot to another; had to use great care to stay clear of the machine. It's moments in time, watching creation, that refresh my spirit and your pic captures that moment again.
